10^th Anniversary Bird Bath Open

Host Teams: Fox Cities YMCA Swim Team

Facility: 50 meter heated outdoor pool with eight 9’ wide lanes, non turbulent lane dividers, 11’ starting depth and 3’ 3" depth at the shallow end.

Entry Deadline: Entries should not be sent or delivered before June 6^th and must be received no later than June 15^th, 2008. Team entries will be entered in the order in which they are received. Teams will be notified by June 27^th if their entries will not be included. Phone entries will not be accepted. The meet is expected to fill, so we encourage you to send entries on June 6th!! E-mailed entries can be sent at 12 AM on June 6th.

Entries: Swimmers may compete in a maximum of three (3) events per day and seven (7) events for the entire meet, plus relays. Coaches are encouraged to email copies of entries. Senior events are intended for more advanced swimmers. Swimmers entering these events should be 15 years or older or have C seed times to enter.

Entry Fees: $2.00 splash fee, $4.50 per individual event and $14 per relay. 

Awards: Relays: Medals 1^st-3^rd, Ribbons 4^th-8^th.

Individual events: Medals 1^st-8^th, Ribbons 9^th-16^th

All awards must be picked up at the meet.

Weather Delays: If weather delays are necessary we will make every attempt to complete all events. If it is necessary to cancel events, entry fees will not be refunded. 

Time Schedule:

Friday Afternoon: Warm-up 1:00 Meet starts at 2:00 PM.

Friday Evening: Warms will begin immediately following the first session but not earlier than 4:00

Saturday & Sunday: Warm-up 7-8 A.M. Meet starts at 8:05 A.M.

The Saturday & Sunday afternoon warm-ups will start as soon as the morning session has been completed (but not before 12 noon), with the start of the afternoon session being 60 minutes after the start of the warm-ups.            

         Friday July 25th (Finals)

              Warm ups 4:30-5:30pm

              Start  5:35pm8:15

         Sunday July 27th (Timed Trials)

              Warm ups 7-8am (1500 meters only)

              Start  8:05am
